So you're moving to Adelaide, but need  help getting sorted - I'm here for that ...

 

Whether you are moving from overseas or interstate - this is the ideal package for anyone relocating to Adelaide who wants every detail taken care of.  From finding you a place to live, picking up the keys, stocking up the groceries for your arrival or recommendations and booking of removal companies, cleaning services or childcare.  Everybody has different needs, so just let me know what services you think I can hep with and I'll get to work.

With lots of unique skills and extensive experience, our services take the stress out of hunting and inspecting, and because we're locals, we know the best places to be for schools, transport, great coffee spots or any services that you feel important for your new home.

You'll have your own personal contact who will take care of searching, inspecting, negotiation and getting the move underway.  We'll even organise to pick you up from the airport in a chauffeured car.

Below is a little more detail in what can covered in our Relocation Package-

​

• Initial consultation and completion by you of our Discovery Questionnaire to understand who you are and what you're looking for in your new home and your move to Adelaide. 

​

• Searching for properties based on your needs, viewing properties shortlisted by you and providing feedback. 

​

• Manage all communications with Property Managers. Including negotiation of rent, commencement date and any other factors that are relevant to your situation and application.  

​

• Completion of the condition report and return to your agent within the required timeline.  An essential document to protect your bond and ensure you are not held responsible for any pre existing damage to the property. 

​

• Chauffeur driver transfer from the airport to your new home or short term accommodation.

​

• We can collect the keys from the Property Manager and meet you at your new home.  Provision of welcome notes on arrival. 

​

• After you're settled we will spend a a morning or afternoon, visiting the local area to familiarise you with the amenities and finish off with coffee at one of the local favourites. 

​

• We can also offer assistance attending the property for the delivery of any furniture, whitewoods or other items before you arrive.(Details to be discussed if you require this support).
